Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Every Equinox order is prepared with intention.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Larger orders or high-volume seasons may require an additional day, but we always prepare your items with care and accuracy. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been created and another with tracking once it has shipped.

Shipping Options

We offer several delivery paths so you can choose what works best for your ritual:

Gentle Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
A steady, grounded journey for lightweight or smaller orders.

Balanced / Heavier / Grounded Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
Automatically determined by the weight of your items. This ensures your package travels safely and cost-effectively.

Priority Arrival (2–3 business days)
A faster path for when you need your items sooner.

Express Arrival (1–2 business days)
Our fastest offering — swift, secure, and prioritized.

Complimentary Shipping
Orders over $150 ship free via Standard Shipping.

Shipping Carriers

All orders ship through United States Postal Service (USPS).
UPS or FedEx may be used for heavy wholesale shipments, depending on the best available rate.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update.

Wrong Address / Address Changes

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that shipping information is correct at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order ships, Equinox Metaphysical is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.

We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is accepted by USPS, it is in the carrier’s care. Equinox Metaphysical is not responsible for:

delays caused by USPS

packages marked “delivered” that are not located

weather-related delays

USPS routing decisions

If your package is missing, please file a claim directly with USPS.

We will always assist where we can, but we cannot refund or replace packages lost after carrier acceptance.

Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

your order number

photos of the package

photos of the damaged item(s)

We will issue a replacement or store credit depending on stock availability.
