We are a small-batch, artisanal brand. Each candle, tea, and ritual product is handcrafted with intention — which means all sales are final. However, we will always take care of you if something arrives damaged or defective.

1. Returns

For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Teas

Candles (used or unused)

Ritual items

Digital products

Gift cards

Sale items or discounted bundles

All purchases are final once completed.

2. Exchanges (Damaged or Defective Items Only)

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Your order number

Clear photos of the damage

A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will send a replacement or issue store credit.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, your order may already be in production or processing.

4. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), we will assist with filing a carrier claim.

If your package is marked Delivered but missing, we cannot replace or refund it. You will need to contact USPS for resolution.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Delivery issues resulting from address errors

If returned to us, reshipment fees apply.

6. Refunds

Refunds are only issued when:

An item arrives damaged and cannot be replaced

A product is unavailable

A duplicate order occurred by system error

A cancellation was submitted within the first 12 hours

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process it.
