Every Equinox candle is crafted in small batches using luxury-grade fragrance blends, clean-burning wax, and intentional scent alchemy. Each candle embodies a specific energy — grounding, feminine softness, masculine presence, intuition — designed to support ritual, reflection, and healing.

Are your candles clean and non-toxic?

Yes. Our candles use clean-burning wax and phthalate-free fragrances. No parabens, no parabens, no harsh additives — just a refined, ritual-forward burn.

How do your teas support emotional or spiritual rituals?

Our botanical blends are crafted to support specific states of being: grounding, serenity, intuition, embodiment. These teas are meant to be sipped slowly — as a sensory anchor during journaling, shadow work, meditation, or nighttime rest.

Are your teas organic?

We source high-quality botanicals from trusted suppliers. While some ingredients are organic, we do not certify the entire blend as organic yet — but the quality remains premium, clean, and intentional.

How long does shipping take?

Processing takes 7–10 business days, and shipping typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking updates as your order moves through the system.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — but this will be available as the brand expands. For now, we ship within the U.S.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email us with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund depending on the situation.

How do I get the best burn from my candle?

Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn

Let the candle melt edge-to-edge on the first burn

Do not burn longer than 3–4 hours at a time

Keep away from drafts and loose objects

Why does my candle have frosting or minor texture on the wax?

Natural variations are normal in clean-burning candles — they do not affect the performance or scent.

How do I brew the teas?

Twilight Bloom: 5–7 minutes

Obsidian Root: 10–15 minutes
Longer steeps deepen the flavor and therapeutic profile.

How long do your teas last?

Store in a cool, dry place. Best enjoyed within 12 months of opening.
